🌿 Living Rest Community – Child Safety Standards Policy

Living Rest Community (“Living Rest Community,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to maintaining a safe, peaceful, and spiritually grounded environment for all members. We strictly prohibit all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and enforce strong protections to prevent harm to minors.

1. Explicit Prohibition of CSAE

Living Rest Community does not allow any content or behavior involving:

• Grooming or predatory behavior toward minors

• Sexualization of minors

• Sextortion

• Trafficking or solicitation of minors

• Sharing, requesting, or distributing CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material)

• Inappropriate or harmful interactions with minors

Any violation will result in immediate removal and may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant authorities.

2. Age Requirements

Living Rest Community is intended for individuals 13 years of age or older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Accounts found to be underage will be removed.

3. In‑App Reporting & Feedback

We provide in‑app tools that allow users to:

• Report harmful or inappropriate content

• Flag concerning behavior

• Submit general safety feedback

Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.

4. Addressing CSAM

Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM:

• We remove the content immediately

• We disable the associated account

• We report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or the appropriate regional authority

• We cooperate with law enforcement as required by law

5. Compliance With Child Safety Laws

Living Rest Community complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including mandatory reporting requirements.
